Job title: Administrative Assistant

Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM

Job Description:

Join us as an administrative assistant, where you’ll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations across various departments. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, copying and scanning files, filing and organizing documents.
  • Collaborating with the sales team
  • Assist in end of the month reporting and forecast reports
  • Handle sales representative reporting
  • Maintain kitchen and office supplies
  • Running credit checks for customer service and sales department
  • Opening and distribution of daily mail

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
