Job Description CentraCare is seeking a highly skilled Application System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of assigned system software and cross-functional applications. This role involves regular communication with stakeholders, reviewing software, and demonstrating a deep understanding of business operations. The Analyst will work closely with subject matter experts and end users to tailor the system to fit the organization's needs. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Remote with requirement to travel to CentraCare sites occasionally Days | 8-hour shifts | 8am-5pm Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $75,678.25 per year, exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range $75,678.25 - $113,506.69 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree; bachelor's degree preferred. 3 years or more years related application build experience required. 2 years minimum of build experience within responsible software applications required. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level. Software Application/module certification or proficiency in a minimum of 1 software application or system and/or in good standing with the software vendor upon hire.
