Venice Toyota’s Collision Center is hiring now for an Auto Body Shop Parts Counter Person  who will order, receive, process, and monitor parts throughout repair process. If you are a motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities -  Body Shop Parts Counter Person : 

• Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts
• Receive correct parts and inspect for quality 
• Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule 
• Maintain accurate accounting record for purchased and/or return parts
• Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency 
• Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings 
• Mirror match parts to ensure we have current part

Qualifications/Requirements – Body Shop Parts Counter Person :

  

• Some automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Problem-solving abilities 
• Computer skills
• Organizational skills 
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Must work well with others and achieve common goals 
• Able to use 3 different computer programs simultaneously
