**Responsibilities** CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas has an opportunity for a part-time Nurse Practitioner of Cardiology to join our team in Conway. This is a great opportunity to join a cohesive, family-oriented team. Our clinic offers great work hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) and the flexibility of a part-time schedule. The Opportunity: + Practice consists of 4 physicians and 4 APP's + Provides direct, comprehensive, preventative, and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, counseling, and instruction. + Adheres to Nurse Practitioner Protocols and all regulations governing RNPs. + Provides healthcare for which they are educationally prepared and competent. + Promotes nursing knowledge and evidence-based practice within the designated Service Line. + Functions as a clinical resource to direct-care nurses. + Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. + Leads and facilitates programs and teams to improve the process of care delivery to the identified patient population. **Qualifications** + Current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas. Documentation compliant with the State Nursing Board of satisfactory completion of a nurse practitioner educational program and completion of preceptorship. + Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration. + Experience in APN/RNP patient care preferred. + Preferred experience in Cardiology **Overview** CHI St. Vincent, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, delivers care to more than one million patients each year.
