We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful Career Advisor to join our client's team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on providing career transition support, equipping individuals with the tools and confidence they need to re-enter the job market.



Career Advisor Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized one-on-one career coaching to individuals, assessing their goals, skills, and development areas.
• Assist with crafting polished resumes, impactful cover letters, and tailored job search strategies.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable feedback to improve candidates' confidence and interview techniques.
• Stay updated on hiring trends and industry insights to offer relevant guidance.
• Track and monitor candidate progress, offering encouragement and ongoing support throughout their journey.
• Utilize virtual platforms and technology to conduct remote coaching and support sessions effectively.

Career Advisor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 5 years of professional or corporate experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with candidates.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth area Monday through Friday.
• Adaptable to varying candidate needs and schedules.
