Job Details
We are looking for an established leader to lead our Accounting/Finance team.
EXPECTATIONS:
Lead and develop the finance team while overseeing all accounting and controlling operations across the business unit, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive the monthly construction activities closing process, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting and delivering comprehensive analysis of financial changes and positions.
Manage all cash and banking operations, including collections, payments, forecasting, and parent company reporting to optimize cash flow management.
Champion internal controls and SOX compliance, while serving as the primary liaison with external auditors for construction operations. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
Spearhead finance function modernization through process automation and efficiency improvements, driving organizational productivity and innovation.
