This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful mergers and acquisitions in a collaborative and innovative environment. In this position, you will: Lead and support complex M&A transactions, including strategic acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures. Provide legal counsel to support high-profile clients in the technology and life sciences industries. Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for candidates who bring: Experience: 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm. Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership or eligibility to waive in. Expertise: Proficiency in M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and due diligence processes. Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
