As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of patient care plans to enhance independence and health. Your role includes designing adaptive equipment, offering therapeutic treatment, and coordinating patient care in the home setting. Additionally, you will document patient progress, instruct families on home programs, and participate in interdisciplinary team efforts to support community reintegration.
