Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders seamlessly via phone, email, fax, EDI, or web platforms.
• Communicate professionally and clearly via email to ensure precision.
• Provide accurate details about product availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively, escalating when needed.
• Support the outside sales team and coordinate across departments.
• Process returns and warranty requests with meticulous attention to documentation.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in an office or customer service environment.
• Mandatory: Fluency in French; Punjabi fluency is a plus!
• Proven excellence in customer service and professional communication.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with a knack for precision and efficiency.
• Outstanding multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to learning.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
