Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DC PAYROLL IN FRANKLIN, KY Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a
DC Payroll Specialist to join our client in Franklin, KY. This position is responsible for processing payroll, auditing reports, and supporting employee payroll inquiries in a distribution center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, excellent computer skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Pay, Schedule, and Location: - Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Location: Franklin, KY
Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and approve daily attendance reports for staff agencies.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for WCD employees before Paychex deadlines.
- Prepare weekly payroll cost reports for administrative and accounting needs.
- Audit weekly agency and labor-related invoices.
- Oversee puller incentives for accuracy and process payroll action requests (PAR).
- Provide customer service for employee payroll inquiries.
- Support distribution center operations and assist with other assigned duties.
Requirements and Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience or related background preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with distribution center operations is a plus.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage a diverse workforce.
