Job Description

Leadoff Studio is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning studio. As a part of our team, you will work closely with the CEO across a variety of marketing channels in order to build awareness of our company. This job requires being on site in our Long Island City, NY based studio full-time.

About the role:

  • This is a unique role for a recent or soon-to-be graduate craving hands-on experience across a range of primarily digital marketing channels.
  • A key part of our small team that will be integral in growing the studio to the next level.
  • The position is on-site in New York City, NY (Long Island City near Court Square and Queensboro Plaza subway stops).
  • Depending on the candidate fit we can be open to starting as a Part-time, Freelance, or Paid Internship.

Critical Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Grow awareness of our studio.
  • Understand and target our B2B customer profiles.
  • Content Creation using our studio's assets.
  • Schedule and manage posting to social media platforms.
  • Media outreach.
  • Copywriting for social media, newsletters, website, and design awards.
  • Help create communication cohesive strategies across platforms.
  • Monitor key metrics to continuously fine tune and improve marketing strategies over time.
  • Work with external marketing partners.

Required

  • A degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or other relevant field. Recent or soon-to-be grads are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills- written, visual and conversational.
  • Ability to develop and track key performance metrics.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics using Google and HubSpot to evaluate the success of strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, marketing vendors, clients, and anyone else in Leadoff's orbit.
