Position Profile

Weaver seeks a Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching to join our growing team. The Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching develops and coaches senior leaders and delivers leadership capability impact to meet the rapidly changing and growing environment. The role provides expert behavioral observations and subsequent feedback that ensures leaders understand their thinking process, behavior, impact on the team, and results of their decisions. This is an internal and external facing role that will serve as an internal coach to Weaver's senior leaders and build out Weaver's external coaching solutions practice.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide one-to-one coaching to mid-level and senior leadership in person and remotely
  • Provide one-to-many coaching to mid-level and senior leadership in person and remotely
  • Facilitate leadership training sessions in person and remotely
  • Develop top-level insights from coaching work to inform firm understanding of trends in life/career transitions, career development, and organizational behavior. Measure and track success of subsequent coaching / training solutions
  • Build out and manage the firm's external-facing coaching practice by establishing a business plan, conducting strategic planning and solution/content development meetings, liaising with relevant stakeholders and launching Executive and Leadership Coaching Solutions practice
  • Oversee all aspects of the external-facing coaching program, including coach selection and management, program strategy and development, performance management and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior industry leaders, HR partners, and leading partners by location
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of organizational, psychological and behavior change theories, processes, and practices
  • Develop a core understanding of organizational consulting frameworks and practices
  • Apply, interpret, and leverage leadership assessments, including the ability to compare individual test results to aggregated profiles
  • Commitment to understanding Weaver's business and culture while aligning performance goals to broader firm outcomes
  • Partner with operations and practice teams to ensure alignment on existing and desired initiatives
  • Travel to Weaver offices as needed, including international travel to select offices
To be successful in the role, the following qualifications are required :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
  • Active coaching credential from one of the globally-recognized coaching organizations (ICF, EMCC, AC)
  • 7+ years of direct leadership experience in multiple, complex business environments or in the areas of leadership development, organization development, needs analysis, learning design and program delivery
  • Executive-level leadership coaching, consulting or related experience
