We are currently seeking a Documents Control Specialist for our Stockbridge, GA location. In this role, you will manage daily operations within our corporate documents hub. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Sort images, documents, files, and archives by form type. Receive and process documents in both electronic and hard copy formats. Deliver and collect mail, ensuring it reaches the correct locations. Sort and process incoming mail, packages, and supplies. Operate scanning equipment to digitize mail and documents. Perform quality assurance checks on digital scans and sorted hard copies. Maintain focus and efficiency while sitting or standing for extended periods. Conduct limited data entry; strong computer and typing skills are essential. Operate additional office machinery, including mail openers, copiers, and printers. Adhere to all mailroom security protocols and company procedures. Position Requirements: High School Diploma. 1-2 years of experience in an office environment. Willingness to work 40+ hours per week. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly. Basic PC and internet skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong attention to detail and effective information translation. Excellent organizational skills and customer service aptitude. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. One weekday off (Wednesday or Thursday). Rotating Saturdays. Training hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for 2-3 weeks. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
