Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong financial and planning background specializing in SG&A (Selling General and Administrative) management. The ideal candidate will perform economic research analyze financial trends and develop insightful reports to support the organizations financial planning and decisionmaking. This role requires handson expertise in managing SG&A budgets setting targets and providing financial oversight across multiple project teams with competing priorities. This is an individual contributor role with an emphasis on financial accuracy consolidation and Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Conduct indepth analysis of profit and loss (P&L) statements generate forecasts and identify trends in sales finance and other business areas.
• SG&A Management : Manage SG&A consolidation set budgetary targets and monitor progress against the companys strategic financial plan.
• Economic Research : Perform economic research on rates of return depreciation and investments to guide financial planning.
• Budget & Forecast Oversight : Analyze financial progress against budgets and forecasts creating detailed reports and recommendations for management.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration : Support multiple project teams across the organization ensuring financial resources align with project demands and priorities.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field. Alternatives accepted:
• Experience : 8 years of relevant financial experience with an emphasis on SG&A management.
• Certifications : CMA CPA ACA ACCA ACMA (any one or more of these is highly desirable).
• Excel Expertise : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for detailed financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage SG&A budgets set financial targets and perform complex financial consolidations.
• Experience with project management accounts payable (A/P) experience preferred.
