Job Description

Goldstone Logistics LLC , in collaboration with Packard Transportation LLC, seeks proficient step deck, flatbed , lowboy , and RGN company drivers and owner operators to join our dynamic team. 

You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

Position Overview:

  • Perform safe and efficient transportation of goods using step deck , flatbed , lowboy , or RGN trucks.
  • Both automatic and manual trucks are available, catering to individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle oversized and heavy-haul loads with precision and adherence to safety protocols. 
  • Engage in a swift online orientation process for quick onboarding.
  • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
  • Load and unload cargo
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after trip

Compensation:

  • Owner operators can expect an average gross income of $9,500-$12,000 weekly.
  • Company drivers enjoy a competitive take-home pay ranging from $2,000 to $3,200 weekly.

Lease-On Package:

  • 75% of line haul allocated to owner operators.
  • 100% of fuel surcharge directed to owner operators.
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage for cargo and liability provided at no cost.
  • Required Eld and tablet available at $6.50 per week.
  • Optional services include tractor plate ($50.00 weekly), IFTA reporting ($12.00 weekly), driver’s legal plan ($2.98 weekly), physical damage coverage (based on equipment value), occupational/accidental insurance ($35.00 weekly), bobtail insurance ($8.00 weekly), and optional Best Pass service at $6.40 per week (with a $70.00 deposit).

  • Valid CDL license.
  • Willingness to undergo the orientation process.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.
