Your Next Career Opportunity - Human Resources, Internship Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities Human Resources - Monitor and gather feedback from new hires and team leads to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Serve as a partner and guide within the internship program.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Gain hands-on experience in employee training and development.
- Collaborate with HR professionals and department managers to refine and improve team processes.
- Develop valuable skills in project management, communication and process improvement.
- Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements - H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.
