POSITION SUMMARY:

As a key member of the team, you will work in all aspects of Human Resources through the administration of a variety of human resource activities including payroll, employee benefits, policies, programs, legal compliance, employee relations, employment practices, and employee events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Creates and maintains accurate and complete personnel files
- Administers corrections to timekeeping, ensuring accuracy and communicating discrepancies and concerns to the appropriate manager
- Process payroll utilizing reports from WorkEasy, Excel, Syteline, and Paychex Flex software. Prepare and run standard HR and payroll-related reports.
- Establishes and maintains communications with employees at all levels to disseminate appropriate information regarding corporate strategies, programs, performance, etc.
- Coordinates and schedules performance review meetings, preparing and disseminating documentation to managers
- Supports management efforts to identify and coordinate employee training
- Establishes and maintains proper reporting and tracking mechanisms to ensure Entrust is compliant with all federal, state, and local human resources requirements, particularly affirmative action initiatives.
- Assist in administering company benefit plans and providing benefit orientations to employees
- Fosters a workplace environment consistent with the Entrust core values
- Supports recruiting efforts as needed
- Participates in community outreach activities and communication
- Participates in planning and coordinating employee events
- Performs general administrative functions such as scanning of personnel files, document creation and copying, form generation, etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the department and organization
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; 2+ year's work experience in a human resources generalist role in a manufacturing or technical environment (engineering, machining, assembly, etc.); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience with HR systems/ATS
- Knowledge and application of federal, state, and local laws governing employment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and a drive toward results

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Regularly sits throughout the day, utilizing depth perception, peripheral vision, and close focus to operate a computer, computer accessories, and phone equipment
