We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Pharmacy Analyst will play a crucial role in our organization, analyzing and reporting on pharmaceutical costs, reimbursements, and utilization patterns. This role will provide critical insights that help shape our strategic decisions and improve patient care. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of pharmacy data, including costs, reimbursements, and utilization patterns.
2. Prepare and present monthly reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and potential areas for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
3. Work closely with the Medicare and Medicaid teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
4. Analyze medical billing data to identify errors or inconsistencies, and work with the billing team to resolve any issues.
5. Conduct payor analysis to understand the impact of different reimbursement models on our financial performance.
6. Utilize data analytics tools to visualize complex data and present it in a clear, understandable format.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry, including changes to Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related role in the healthcare industry.
3. Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and billing procedures.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
5. Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, understandable format.
7. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
10. Knowledge of medical billing and coding is a plus.
