About the Role: Remote Insurance Sales Associate

Join our team as a Remote Insurance Sales Associate and make a meaningful impact on the lives of working families. You'll help clients secure their financial future by guiding them through benefit enrollment processes using a needs-based analysis program.

Key Responsibilities:

Work remotely using a phone, computer, or laptop with a camera (Windows-based system preferred).
Use Zoom for video conferencing; high-speed internet is required.
Obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License (license fees may apply if selected).
Build strong relationships with clients, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Complete client benefit applications as part of the life insurance sales process.
Manage appointments through a structured, client-focused work model.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing tools.

Position Details:

100% remote, work-from-home position.
