Description of Work: Due to our continuous growth on our contract within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer at Customs and Border Protection we are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The Junior Business Analyst will provide medical program data, information management, and help desk support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly meeting agendas and manage internal and external taskers.
• Draft communications for headquarters and the field.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation.
• Organize and coordinate training events.
• Provide ongoing operations and sustainment support for processes, operational data models, and program information records/files.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline
• 3-5 years' experience
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience with medical programs highly preferred
• Operational experience with health program data and information management in an EMS, law enforcement, military, or humanitarian setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with ability to work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products required
• Detail-oriented and analytical troubleshooting experience
• Experience in medical program data and information management
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Prior work at DHS, CBP, or FEMA a huge plus
