Your role will involve leading a team of data engineers, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring our reporting solutions provide valuable insights to drive business success. ? : Connecting you to great benefits Remote Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) w/ Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! ? : What youll do as a Lead Data Engineer Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, overseeing the development and execution of data solutions Develop and implement data engineering strategies to meet organizational needs, and ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions Create and optimize reporting solutions such as PowerBI reports and dashboards Create complex data models and queries to provide meaningful insights and visualizations Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and other departments to understand their data needs Translate business requirements into technical solutions such as PowerBI or Alteryx and ensure alignment with business objectives Monitor data systems and reports to ensure they are performing optimally. Implement improvements and address performance issues as they arise Identify and resolve data-related issues and provide support for data-related inquiries ? : What youll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on PowerBI & proven experience managing complex reporting projects Expertise in PowerBI, including report creation, data modeling, semantic model Hands on Developer Experience with MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI and DAX Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions ? : Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job it's your pathway to opportunity.
