Location: City of Industry, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary Range: $75K - $90K DOE

About the Role:
A full-service freight logistics company is seeking experienced  Licensed Customs Brokers to join their team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive knowledge of customs regulations and the ability to manage complex import processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on tariff classification, valuation, marking, and customs regulations.
• Assist clients with CBP requirements, document preparation, duty payments, and shipment tracking.
• Classify shipments accurately, input data, and make necessary corrections.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Advise importers on CBP and other government agency requirements.
• Handle post-entry work, including ruling requests, CF 28 responses, refunds, protests, and drawbacks.
• Coordinate with CBP to address and resolve any import-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely processing of all transactions within the department.
• Stay informed on changes in customs and government agency regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Active  U.S. Customs Broker License with at least 3 years of experience .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to handle complex transactions and customer issues professionally.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
