• Compensation: 5K- 15K Monthly (Uncapped)
• Schedule: Full Time or Part Time
• Location: Work from Home!!!

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others secure their financial futures. As an independent agent, you’ll have the freedom to operate your own business while receiving comprehensive training and support.

This is NOT for you if : 

--You want a W-2 employee job earnings and hourly wage or salary
--You’re looking for a get rich quick scheme
--You're not willing to spend a couple hundred dollars on an insurance license
--You're not willing to invest in your business (Leads) approximately $25-$100 weekly
--You don’t care about other people or you’re willing to do anything, even unethical things, to get what you want

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.

-Build your agency by recruiting agents to work for your business
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
- Attend conferences and bootcamps

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Self-motivated and driven by success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- A desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
