Role Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help grow the IPR brand and online presence. We are a small, but agile company, where we work as a team and all take on additional responsibilities with a “get it done” attitude. Our HQ is based out of Eppingen, Germany.
• This is a great opportunity to work under some Industrial Automation industry veterans, yet be able to use your creativity to accomplish tasks. Reporting will be within the US LLC, however there will be direction/support provided via our counterparts in Germany for the marketing efforts, as there had not been a local marketing resource before. This role will work alongside our Business Development Representative, Director of Business Development, and President. We will also have a marketing agency who will provide input and training for this individual so they can become a valuable member of the team.
• This would be a full-time on-site Marketing Intern role located in Shelby Township, MI at IPR Robotics, LLC.
• Opportunity for full time during the Spring/Summer after your semester ends (or before depending on the candidate's availability), with reduced hours during the fall/winter semesters if the candidate is able to work during the semester. Opportunity to convert into permanent role upon graduation. 

Responsibilities would include:

• Lead Generation and routing
• LinkedIn Social Media management
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Tradeshow liaison
• Market Research, Customer Target Identification
• Other projects as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to Communicate Internally and with Customers
• Ability to do Market Research
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team

• Creativity! As this person will be involved with LinkedIn/Social Media, we need someone with creativity to generate content that is engaging to our target audience. Fun, comical, interesting, informational, etc. are all aspects of content we like to create.
• A Subject Matter Expert.  Eventually, we want this person to be our local expert on SEO/SEA, Google Ads, Marketing, etc. We know that won’t happen overnight, but with the goal of wanting this individual to be here as a full-time employee, that’s what we want this person to eventually become!
