Paradox is seeking a Marketing Intern to support marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your creativity and analytical skills to assist with key marketing projects during the internship period, which may include campaign coordination, content development, market research, and performance analysis. You'll play an integral role in helping optimize our marketing efforts, driving client engagement, and contributing to the growth of key segments and verticals.

As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting dynamic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth for Paradox. In this role, you may gain experience in any or all of the following ways: - Partner with internal teams to support, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaigns that drive inbound interest in Paradox and expansion with existing clients.
- Analyze performance and conversion metrics to inform campaign messaging and strategies across organic and paid media, SEO, account-based marketing (ABM), and direct mail campaigns.
- Help manage the marketing dashboard and scorecards, ensuring the right key performance indicators (KPIs) are being measured and communicated for our team to deliver on committed demand generation goals to drive efficient growth
- Craft marketing collateral that channels the Paradox brand voice, including presentation decks, campaign graphics, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams on key marketing proposals and product releases.
- Develop and own the execution of an internship-long project, including a final presentation to marketing leadership at the end of the internship.
- Participate in cross-functional internship programming intended to support professional and personal growth over the course of the summer
Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with an expected graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
- Internship experience or relevant coursework in digital marketing, design, demand generation, or related marketing areas
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights (coursework and school projects count!)
- Previous experience creating marketing collateral for print and digital
- A passion for the technology industry and a desire to understand the evolving tech landscape
- An innate desire to help clients find solutions to real problems
- Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters office
- Authorization to work in the United States
