POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager spearheads the development, execution, and refinement of strategic marketing initiatives designed to elevate brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and fuel revenue growth. This role is uniquely tailored for a marketing leader with specialized expertise in IT services and cloud solutions, combining industry insight with innovative strategies to achieve measurable success.

OBJECTIVES

  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategies.
  • Build pipeline of qualified leads generating $5M in Annual Revenue in Y1, $12M in Y2, and $25M in Y3.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Lead the development of events, webinars, and campaigns targeting key customer segments.
  • Build relationship with department leads and other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

  • Ability to think critically, in order to develop and assess marketing materials
  • Outstanding organization and administrative skills
  • Ability to demonstrate independent thinking as well as a teamwork approach to job responsibilities
  • Experience with digital platforms, social media and content marketing
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms, ideally ConnectWise PSA.
  • Has excellent communication techniques with clients and team members in person, by phone, or written.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in successful campaign management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk during working hours

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
