About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Traffic Manager to join our in-house marketing team. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the workflow of advertising and marketing projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical in facilitating communication between different departments, managing timelines, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all marketing and advertising projects from initiation to completion.
  • Assign tasks to creative team members based on project requirements and individual workloads.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with project goals.

Workflow Management:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Streamline workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Communication:

  • Serve as the central point of contact between the creative team, account managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to update teams on project status and address any concerns.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all departments involved in projects.

Quality Control:

  • Review project deliverables for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate revisions and approvals with relevant team members and departments.
  • Ensure final assets are delivered correctly and on time to the appropriate channels.

Resource Management:

  • Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and tools, to meet project demands.
  • Forecast future resource needs based on upcoming projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses related to projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in traffic management, project management, or a similar role within an ad agency or in-house marketing department.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Availability to work in the office, Monday through Friday.
