Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

What You'll Do:

• Demonstrate Advanced Skills: Utilize your extensive knowledge and skills in specialty nursing to provide exceptional care.
• Develop Standards: Take charge of developing and applying specialty practice standards, ensuring staff development and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Complex Cases: As an advanced practitioner, you'll be essential in addressing complex patient and systems-related issues.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Certifications: Pediatric Critical Care Certification and Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred).
• Clinical Competence: Proven expertise in your specialty area.
• Leadership Skills: Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication abilities.
• Licensure: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications required; instructor experience preferred.
