Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

This role is designed for those who have honed their skills through experience and education at the master's or doctoral level, specializing in a specific area of patient care services.

What You'll Do:

• Demonstrate Advanced Knowledge: Utilize your specialized nursing skills to provide exceptional care.
• Develop Standards: Be responsible for creating and applying specialty practice standards, ensuring staff development, regulatory compliance, and enhancing the quality of care for patients and their families.
• Manage Complex Issues: As an advanced practitioner, you'll play a crucial role in addressing complex patient and system-related challenges.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Certifications: Pediatric Critical Care Certification and Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred).
• Clinical Competence: Proven expertise in your specialty area.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability in teaching, research, and effective communication.
• Licensure: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications (required); instructor experience is a plus.
