We are looking to hire a Office Assistant/Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Create appointments and clients records in legal software
  • Communicate with clients via emails or phone efficiently
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Organizational skills imperative
  • Organize and prepare necessary records for client meetings/interviews
  • Update tasks and supplemental reports required
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Experience as legal secretary, medical assistant or paralegal helpful
  • Strong computer skills
  • Have ability to use and/or learn Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be computer capable and able to learn
  • Willingness to market company and attract new associates a PLUS
  • Strong leadership qualities
