About the role:
The Nuclear Company is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup in the nuclear energy sector, located in Columbia, South Carolina. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chief Nuclear Officer to join our team and provide essential support to our operations and leadership. This dual-role position will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Nuclear Officer. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly resourceful, and possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $70,000 - $83,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
