The OTR Class A Tanker/Vac Driver at Clean Harbors/Safety-Kleen operates tractor trailer tanker units, adhering to safety regulations and responsible for loading and unloading both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. This position involves cross-training on various equipment, offering bi-weekly home time, and the potential to earn $90-$120K annually with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates must have 12+ months of Class A driving experience and HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.

Clean Harbors/Safety-Kleen is looking for an OTR Class A Tanker/ Vac Drive r to join their safety conscious team in El Dorado, AR. This position is a “flex” position and could run anywhere throughout the Midwest to the Northeast averaging miles per week. Must have the ability to travel in Canada (passport required). Willing to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time. This position will be cross trained in a variety of equipment.

• Drivers average $90-$120K per year
• $7,500 sign-on-bonus available 
• Bi-Weekly home time
• Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times

• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
