The Opportunity

OPTYO is seeking a Marketing Executive to take the lead in planning, executing, and optimizing dynamic marketing campaigns that elevate our clients’ brands and products. This position is perfect for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility and make a strategic impact on client success. You will work closely with senior leadership, client teams, and cross-functional departments to drive growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Leadership : Take ownership of mid to large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), ensuring high performance and ROI.
  • Client Collaboration & Strategy Development: Work directly with clients and senior leadership to define campaign goals, develop strategies, and deliver compelling presentations that align with client objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for client communications.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Lead the analysis of campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimize performance. Develop and refine strategies to continually improve results and exceed KPIs.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize client budgets, making data-backed recommendations for budget allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, assisting with campaign execution, analysis, and strategy refinement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for clients that demonstrate campaign performance, ROI, and growth. Proactively suggest strategic adjustments and new opportunities for clients.
  • Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools in the digital marketing space. Innovate new strategies to maintain competitive advantages for clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign workflows and enhance team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns. Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Advanced Advertising Skills: Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads) including campaign creation, optimization, keyword research, and A/B testing.
  • Analytical & Reporting Expertise: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and present insights to clients in an actionable, understandable format. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor junior team members and work closely with clients and internal teams.
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering on deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box and solve problems effectively.
  • Education: A BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
