Eberhart Brothers LLC is immediately seeking qualified candidates to join our Leasing Department as Part-time Leasing Agents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and confirming appointments to view apartments
• Showing apartments and conducting Open Houses. All of our buildings are 6th floor walk ups. Must be comfortable with stairs.
• Facilitating the application process
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Effectively communicating lease terms, procedures, and policies
• Promoting positive, proactive residential relations by addressing tenant concerns
• Performing various administrative duties

Qualities that a successful agent should possess:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including an enthusiastic demeanor and collaborative style
• Exceptional communication skills, including both effective written and oral skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Good computer and organizational skills are required. Yardi experience is a plus.
• Interest in learning about the industry

No previous Real Estate experience is required as we place much more value on character and personality than on experience, but you must have at least 1 to 2+ years of previous office experience. A friendly, open attitude and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people is essential.

Our Leasing Staff interacts on a daily basis with the Accounting and Construction/Maintenance Departments as well as prospective & current tenants. We are looking for a friendly person with a high energy level who will get satisfaction from helping people find an apartment that suits them.

Part-time Leasing Agents must be able to work flexible hours, including a combination of weekday hours, weekend shifts, and some holidays. Part-time employees must work until closing. Part time hours are usually 12pm to 7pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays. These hours are subject to change.

• Part time rate: $20 per hour.
• NO COMMISSION
