No dialysis experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid training for your first 9-12 weeks to set you up for success.

What to Expect as a DaVita PCT - 1:1 Patient Care - Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments for up to four patients at a time.
- Technician Duties - Monitor patient vitals, set up dialysis machines, and record observations before, during, and after treatment.

Schedule & Training Details - Flexible Shifts: Clinics operate Monday - Saturday (4:00 AM - 12:00 AM) with rotating Saturdays
- 10-12 Hour Shifts: Work 3-4 days per week with schedules set 3-4 weeks in advance
- Training Period: Expect 32-40 hours per week of paid training before transitioning into your permanent role
Who We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping others & working in healthcare
- Comfortable working around blood & needles
- Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Physically capable of standing for long shifts (12+ hours)
- Willingness to work across multiple clinics if needed
- Healthcare experience is a plus! CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience is beneficial but not required!

Salary/ Wage Range $18.00 - $27.50 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
