Healthcare Therapy Services is currently hiring Physical Therapists to join our team at two top-rated senior living communities located in Terre Haute and Greencastle, IN. This role involves primarily conducting evaluations, supervisory visits, recertifications, and discharges, along with providing treatments. The position offers the flexibility to choose between Full-Time or Part-Time hours.
Choose the work experience that suits you best!
· Full-Time: Work a consistent schedule serving both our Terre Haute and Greencastle facilities. Preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Terre Haute, then Tuesday and Thursday in Greencastle.
· Part-Time: Cover one of the two facilities, working three days/week in Terre Haute or two days/week in Greencastle.
Position Details:
· Competitive hourly rate.
· Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.
· Part-Time: 10–25 hours per week, over two or three flexible days per week.

Facility Highlights:
· Terre Haute: Located just 10 minutes away from downtown Terre Haute, this highly rated SNF offers short-term rehab, outpatient therapy, long-term care, and assisted/independent living. The well-appointed therapy department offers modalities and features a Hydroworx therapy pool.
· Greencastle: This community features a large, well-equipped therapy gym with a full ADL kitchen, strength and endurance equipment, and modalities such as e-stim and ultrasound. Work with a range of diagnoses across skilled nursing (SNF), assisted living (ALF), memory care, and occasionally outpatient settings.

Requirements:
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
