What will you be doing?

• Set up and operate all print equipment, ensuring quality production and adherence to service level agreements.
• Perform quality assurance, sorting, and packaging of printed materials such as letters, statements, billings, and notices.
• Manage automated inserting/mailing equipment and ensure accurate assembly of mailings, including sensitive materials like checks and policy information.
• Verify output matches mailing instructions and perform necessary adjustments to avoid system errors and ensure smooth operation.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Monitor operations performance, review production samples, and ensure accuracy and quality in mail output.
• Support team engagement, share process improvement ideas, and assist with administrative functions or special projects as directed.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Basic understanding of Print Mail operations and the ability to work under supervision
• Proficient in operating print and inserting/mailing equipment, troubleshooting, and performing standard maintenance
• Previous experience in printing, inserting, or similar roles is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
