Join our dynamic, progressive team of professionals in the Energy industry as a Permanent Process Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of skilled professionals, using state-of-the-art technology to optimize our operations. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing processes that directly impact the company's efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities:

As a Process Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Applying your expertise in oil and gas facilities, gas gathering, and water injection to optimize our operations.
2. Troubleshooting facilities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
3. Planning and managing projects to guarantee their completion within the stipulated time and budget.
4. Optimizing the routing of vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters related to crude oil, water, and natural gas
flows.
5. Collaborating with the Project Management team on gas plant project turnarounds, right-sizing, and new
installs.
6. Managing CAPEX project budgets and ensuring that all projects are completed within the allocated financial
resources.
7. Overseeing installation projects and ensuring that they are executed to the highest standard.
8. Using Wonderware control systems to manage and control processes.
9. Developing and implementing strategies for the optimization of crude oil.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Process Engineer role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on process engineering.
3. Proven experience in oil and gas facilities, gas gathering, and water injection.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of optimizing facilities for improved performance.
5. Excellent project management skills, with experience in planning and executing projects.
6. Demonstrated experience in routing optimization and optimization of vessels, pumps, compressors, and meters
related to crude oil, water, and natural gas flows.
7. Proficiency in using Wonderware control systems.
8. Experience in managing gas plant project turnarounds, right sizing, and new installs.
9. Experience in CAPEX project management and installation projects.
10. Strong knowledge of the optimization of crude oil.
11. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
