Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years’ experience as program manager or administrator in a corporate or educational setting, or in a freelance capacity. 
• A strong passion for continuous learning and business innovation. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• A self-motivated, solution-focused individual who is eager to grow your skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions. 
• Cultivate digital marketing strategies across various digital platforms. 
• Conduct structured phone or video conferencing interviews. 
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates. 
• Support onboarding processes and assist in the development of your team.
