Job Description

About BRDG Studios

BRDG Studios is where cutting-edge creative meets real-world impact. As a multidisciplinary studio of designers, fabricators, creative technologists, and producers, we bring visionary experiences to life—bridging the digital and physical through immersive storytelling, innovative design, and thoughtful execution. We partner with world-class brands, like Nike, Walmart, NBA and more, to create unforgettable engagements that move culture and build connection.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in experiential, digital, or creative project delivery to lead complex projects from kickoff to final install. This role is ideal for someone who can command a room, steer a timeline, and bring calm to chaos—while ensuring every detail ladders back to the big picture and every interaction reflects a thoughtful, client-minded approach.

As a key player on our team, you'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to bring ambitious creative projects to life on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities Project Ownership & Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of project plans, timelines, scopes, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Manage project budgets, track actuals vs projections, and proactively resolve overages or resource constraints.
  • Oversee vendor sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and execution—ensuring materials, fabrication, and logistics stay on track.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met or exceeded.
  • Manage scope changes with clarity and confidence, setting expectations and communicating updates across all stakeholders.

Client & Team Leadership
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients—delivering a high-touch, customer-centric experience that prioritizes clarity, care, and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (design, production, fabrication, creative tech) to ensure smooth handoffs and team alignment.
  • Facilitate project meetings and team syncs, keeping communication clear, action-oriented, and documented.
  • Bring leadership energy to your work—solving problems before they escalate and ensuring your team feels supported and seen
  • Anticipate client needs before they arise—offering personalized updates, thoughtful recommendations, and solutions that show we’re always one step ahead.

Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation
  • Own the review process for all deliverables, ensuring they meet our internal standards and the client’s expectations.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks, risks, and areas for improvement, offering creative solutions and rallying the right people to execute them.

Process & Workflow Improvement
  • Follow and champion BRDG’s project management systems and workflows.
  • Continuously refine internal documentation, briefs, reporting tools, and communication standards for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Offer feedback and insights to help the team scale smarter as we grow.

Culture & Growth
  • Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices in experiential, digital, and creative production.
  • Mentor junior project managers or coordinators, contributing to the overall growth of the team.
  • Show up for your team—engaging in feedback, collaboration, and celebrating wins big and small.
  • Embody a hospitality mindset—leading with empathy, service, and an instinct for making both clients and teammates feel seen, heard, and valued.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience managing projects in creative, experiential, event, or production environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving timelines with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills—both with clients and internal teams.
  • Deep comfort with project management tools, Google Suite and Gantt-style planning tools.
  • Budget tracking experience and comfort navigating vendor quotes, change orders, and reconciliations.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot and adapt under pressure.
  • Past experience working with premium clients with complex timelines.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key milestone dates in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Strong understanding of design, production, fabrication, or creative technology workflows is a big plus.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to learn while contributing to the development of innovative, future-focused experiential projects.
  • Stays ahead by anticipating client needs, spotting potential roadblocks early, and keeping projects moving smoothly with clear communication and thoughtful foresight.

Why BRDG?

We’re not just building experiences—we’re building what’s next. As a BRDG Project Manager, you’ll lead future-forward work that challenges norms, elevates brands, and inspires connection. You’ll be surrounded by a team that values creativity, execution, and radical collaboration. Come shape the future with us.
