Qualifications: 0-2 years of work experience in a Quality Assurance/Control/Microbiology in GMP environment. Experience in HACCP/SQF environment is a plus. Must be comfortable working with various ingredients, flexible with hours including evenings and weekends, and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
