Responsibilities

• Determine clients' needs and propose suitable solutions
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Showcase and market real estate to potential buyers

Requirements

• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed, consider checking out our real estate school with a 30% discount using the code WC30
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Friendly, pleasant, and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
