Description We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Responsibilities Real Estate Closing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials
•Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
•Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections
•Monitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularly
•Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposure
•Track and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clients
•Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
•Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and best practices
•Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
•Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
•Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
•Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
•Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
Qualifications •Must have an
Active real estate license
•Must have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years)
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software
•Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Ideal candidates must love helping agents succeed!
•Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued
•Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
•Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
•Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one
•Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus Crosstown Realtors
