A Day in the Life:

The Rent2Buy Sales Consultant facilitates the remote sale and finance process of Rent2Buy deals. Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and supporting with day-to-day Rent2Buy operations. 

\n

The starting hourly wage is $13/hr. + sales-based commission.

\n

 

\n

What You’ll Do:

\n

\n
• Facilitate the end-to-end Rent2Buy sales process in an efficient manner. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
\n
• Manage the vehicle finance process, ensuring strong profit margins and revenue per vehicle sold. Partner with lenders to secure financing for deals. 
\n
• Ensure high-quality CRM output and maintain data accuracy. 
\n
• Verify completion of deal packages and follow up on any missing documents / deals in transit. 
\n
• Monitor and support with store compliance as it relates to the Rent2Buy model. 
\n
• Partner with Rent2Buy team with customer support, vehicle reclassification, and ensuring deals are properly funded. 
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service and support strong NPS scores. 
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n

\n
• 3 years’ of experience in Car Sales
\n
• High School diploma or equivalent
\n
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office
\n
• Must be able to stay organized and work with large volume
\n
• Must have strong attention to detail
\n
• Must be able to work in web-based work environment
\n
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team member
\n
