Job Description

Description The Robotic Process Automaton (RPA) Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms. The RPA Developer will have a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency and productivity.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designs, develops, and deploys RPA bots to automate business processes in accordance with user requirements and best practices. Deploys RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools. Conducts thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes. Troubleshoot any issues and perform regular maintenance on existing bots Collaborates with cross functional teams, including data analysts, business analyst and data engineers, to understand data requirements and design accordingly. Creates detailed technical and user documentation to support the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of RPA solutions. Continuously optimizes RPA scripts and processes for better performance, scalability, and reliability. Follows RPA development standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, sustainable, and reusable automation solutions. Monitors bot performance and analyze logs to ensure processes run smoothly. Provide regular reports on bot performance and any identified areas for improvement. All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, REGISTRATION :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES : BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : 2+ years' experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net. Proficiency in RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere is required. Experience in developing robotic process automation (RPA) using UI Path or Power Automate. Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. Ability to adapt to any programming software. Experience developing and consuming APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality solutions and to identify areas for process improvement. Experience working with advanced SQL as well as working with a variety of databases. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a capacity for translating product and business needs into technical specifications. PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS : Experience with AI/ML integration into RPA solutions is a plus. Certification in RPA tools such as Power Automate Certified RPA Developer or similar certifications. Familiar with DevOps. Familiar with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Basic understanding of machine learning/deep learning.
