Job Description
International Machine company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Sales Assistant.
○ Update customer records in the company database as required
○ Support creating and organizing sales presentation materials
○ Support translating sales and technical materials from Japanese to English
○ Create simple drawings (cutting layout) on the computer as a part of machine sales activities
○ Receive and ship machine parts
○ Track and update the status of shipments
○ Maintain parts inventory and shipping materials
○ Provide additional support involved with shipping delays or damages
Requirements:
○ Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
○ Good oral and written communication skills
○ Strong sense of time organization and urgency
○ Ability to lift machine parts up to 50 lbs
○ Basic proficiency with MS Office
○ English and Japanese bilingual (conversational level required)

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00 (M-F) 1 hour lunch break
