Job Description

Baer is looking for an SAP FICO Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Atlanta, GA.

Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand current SAP FICO processes and assist in migrating these processes to a new ECC6 system.
• Provide functional expertise and support in the SAP FICO module, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with other business functions.
• Assist in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring the SAP FICO module is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in the migration process, ensuring that existing designs and processes are followed, while providing recommendations for any necessary improvements.
• Conduct testing and validation of the SAP FICO processes, including troubleshooting and addressing any issues that arise.
• Provide support during the go-live phase, including end-user training and system stabilization.
• Travel occasionally to our corporate location in Atlanta, GA, and our pilot plant in the upper-Midwest (as needed).

Requirements:

• Mid-level experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with hands-on experience in the ECC6 version.
• Experience with SAP FICO migrations, ideally in projects where existing designs are already in place.
• Previous exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) would be beneficial, but not required.
• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role on projects involving plant migrations or system transitions.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes, including finance (FI), controlling (CO), and integration with other modules (MM, WM).
• Familiarity with SAP migration methodologies and best practices.
