Were looking for a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in Elyria, Ohio! If you have a passion for evaluations and IEPs, and the flexibility to manage varying hours, this is the role for you. Help students succeed with your expertise in physical therapy while collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop IEPs.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).
• No direct therapy minutes required.
• 29 evaluations expected for the current school year.
• Flexibility to work varying hours based on evaluation deadlines and meetings.

Qualifications:

• License: Must hold a valid State of Ohio Physical Therapy license and an ODEW Physical Therapy license/registration .
• Experience: Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatric physical therapy is a plus.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Various school locations.
• Hours per Week: Varies between 0-20 hours per week depending on evaluation needs.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive hourly rate.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan .
• Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for the 2024-2025 school year.
