We are seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Floor Installers to join our team for a large-scale hotel renovation project. The job involves installing high-quality tile flooring across 60 hotel room floors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial flooring installations, particularly tile, with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Tile Installation: Install tiles on hotel room floors, ensuring precise and quality craftsmanship.
• Surface Preparation: Properly prepare and level surfaces, including cleaning, priming, and applying adhesives.
• Tile Cutting & Fitting: Accurately cut and shape tiles to fit the designated area, using specialized tools.
• Quality Control: Inspect and ensure the quality of installations meet industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Ensure job sites are maintained and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial floor installation experience, specifically with tile.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, large-scale construction or renovation environment.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, techniques, and installation tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and layouts.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the final installation is flawless.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during the installation process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale commercial projects such as hotels, office buildings, or retail spaces.
• Knowledge of tile grout, sealants, and related finishing materials.
