What You'll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract candidates through social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Candidate Matching : Assess candidates' qualifications through CV reviews and interviews to ensure they meet client needs.
• Negotiation : Lead offer negotiations and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Market Awareness : Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
